Yuki Hotaru (Snow Firefly) 越後伝衛門 雪ほたる 薫

Description

Echigo Den Emon  is a small ’boutique’ brewery producing versatile premium sakes.  Without denying the distinct flavors of Niigata, the brewery is recognized for its modern sakes of ‘premium’ quality.

Yuki Hotaru means ‘snow firefly’.  This honjozo sake is translucent, with subtle aromas.  It’s a versatile sake that’s silky and refreshing.  It can be served cold, lukewarm, or hot and makes a great accompaniment to seafood.
